Reinhold-Gould and LS-Systeme operate the first edge trim unit with 4-axis-adjustment and triple jet nozzle
During the 2006 Zellcheming Reinhold-Gould and LS-Systeme displayed a 4-axis edge trim unit and a prototype of a triple jet nozzle. This first time display was very well received by exposition visitors. Building on this initial success this year, during the Zellcheming 2007 Reinhold-Gould and LS-Systeme introduced the adjustable edge trim unit redesigned with the new, and by now proven, triple jet nozzle. This newly designed edge trim unit offers, especially in combination with the triple jet nozzle with ruby insert a never before achieved range of adjustment possibilities and with it optimal trimming results. The advantages are obvious: longer durability, faster production speed and less paper pulp during cutting.
During the first live production installation the new system performed impressively well since this technique guarantees an uninterrupted flow of production as well as increased productivity. Once again this is proof that the partners Reinhold-Gould und LS-Systeme are leader for innovative products in the paper industry.
Detailed description of the edge trim unit with 4-axis-adjustment of LS-Systeme:
1. Holder with clamping screw for height-adjustment and fixation of the Shower Pipes, Height-adjustability: + /- 50 mm, height-middle of sub-edge bottom disk 148 mm
2. Shower Pipe (lengths): 550 / 650 / 750 / 850 mm, with passport-notches for fast-adjustment alongside
Adjustability alongside in 100 mm steps
3.Longitudinal-encouragement-unit to the fine-adjustment by means of hand-wheel, Adjustability alongside: maximum 70 mm, grade-loose
4.Degree-scale to the precise inclination-adjustment
Adjustable: + /- 30 degrees, grade-loose
5.Seesaw to the precise adjustment of the Shower angle, Adjustable: + /- 45 degrees, grade-loose
6.Bottom disk to the fortification and precise attitude of the trick-corner, Adjustable: 360 degrees,grade-loose
