Reinhold-Gould and LS-Systeme introduce a global innovation: The First Triple Jet Nozzle

At the Zellcheming 2006, partners Reinhold-Gould GmbH and LS-Systeme GmbH debuted their joint display booth in Wiesbaden. At this year’s Zellcheming Reinhold-Gould GmbH and LS-Systeme GmbH jointly present a revolutionary new product: The very first triple jet nozzle with ruby insert.

This radically new nozzle assortment was developed especially for the demanding use of fast running paper machines where the usual single or double jet nozzles meet their limits.

The advantages of the unique construction of the triple jet nozzle are longer life times, faster production speed, and lower raise of paper when cut.

The triple jet nozzle even can be installed into existing applications with the appropriate adaptor. The optimal results will be achieved with the use of the nozzles in the easy to maintain adaptability unit from        LS-Systeme. This technique guarantees an uninterrupted flow in production and substantial increase in productivity.
